Community Thanksgiving Service - Nov. 24th, 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary

United Methodist Women's Annual Holiday Tasting Tea - Dec. 6th, 2-4 p.m. in the Family Life Center.  Cost is $3 at the door.  Recipe books are $3.00 each.  Come sample over 25 wonderful recipes prepared by our men and women.  Chocolate sale - $5.00 your choice of 12 pieces. There is also a silent auction in conjunction with the Tasting Tea.  Everyone is invited.

GUMC Free Hot Chocolate on the Square, Dec. 7, 5:30-7:00 p.m.  This is in conjunction with the Free Bean Feed sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce on the Greenwood Square.

Followed by the Annual Greenwood Christmas Parade in which our children have a float.  Everyone is invited to come out and eat and watch the parade.

GUMC Children's Christmas Play, "The First Leon" starring our Team Chist Kids, Dec. 13, 9:00 a.m. in the Family Life Center.  Directed by Dana Higgins.  The play will be interpreted for the hearing impaired.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service, Dec. 24, 10:00 p.m. in the Sanctuay.
